    Sammy Schafer update

    Air Force junior-to-be Sammy Schafer is in the process of applying for an administrative turn back for medical reasons. Schafer hopes to return to the Academy next year and resume his Air Force career as a cadet-athlete on the men's basketball team. Gazette reporter Frank Schwab had a story in the paper recently about Sammy.

    Busy Week for Air Force Men's Gymnastics

    Freshman Colton Wulf is competing this afternoon in the Junior Division of the 2010 Visa Championships. He is the first Air Force gymnast to ever earn a spot at the national championship meet. Check back at GoAirForceFalcons.com later today for results from the competition. And on Friday, head coach Kip Simons will be inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame.
